A 1,100 sq. ft. modern cabin on the north shore of 16 Mile Lake. 2 Miles from trail #8, 5 miles from food, drink and fuel at the Buckhorn. A breathtaking 1 mile view down the lake from the living room, kitchen or deck. Snowmobile from the door.
The lodge is designed according to the open air concept with a huge kitchen, dining room, and living room with free standing wood-burning fireplace facing the lake.
16 Lake Lodge has 3 bedrooms; a master bedroom with queen sized bed, a second room with 2 super size bunks, and a loft with 1 king and 2 singles. Loft overlooks living room and lake. The couch in the living room opens out to a queen sized bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with special amenities such as a microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, washer/dryer and ice maker. Starter Coffee is furnished in case you forget to bring any. There is a charcoal grill on the deck.
A 14' fishing boat comes with the 16 Lake Lodge and a rental motor package with 34# thrust motor is available for $50 for the length of your stay.
There is a 3 day minimum stay at this fabulous hideaway. For December through March there is a Snow Guarantee. No snow (anything is possible), your reservations will be cancelled by the owner, on request.
