Beaver Pete's Hunting Lodge & Bunkhouse is the ideal location for year round outdoor enthusiasts. Beaver Pete's is located 18 miles east of Iron Mountain in the south central Upper Peninsula and just one block north of Highway US-2.

The lodge has a large open living and dining area with lovely hardwood floors. Beaver Pete's has two Satellite TV's, Radio, CD & DVD Players, and internet access.

There 5 bedrooms are furnished "bunk house" style with one set of bunk beds in each room and will sleep up to 10 guests. The lodge has one full bathroom and a half bath. Linens and towels are furnished for our guests.

Beaver Pete's Lodge has a kitchen with full-size appliances, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, small pizza maker, and a dishwasher. There are ample dishes and cooking utensils for dining. The large walk-in cooler will hold all of your cold food items.
Beaver Pete's Lodge was originally a small schoolhouse built in 1878, then the Waucedah Town Hall, and has been completely remodeled into a roomy lodge ideal for those who love outdoor recreation.
There are picnic tables in the back yard with a charcoal and a gas grill for your outdoor cooking. Enjoy sitting around a campfire in the firepit in the back yard.

The lodge has direct access to ATV/ATV Trails for riding through the countryside or mountain biking on back roads. Try your luck fishing in the Hamilton Chain of Lakes or the Hardwood Watershed. Hunters will find hundreds of acres of public land in the Copper Country State Forest for hunting. Golfers will enjoy the several public golf courses nearby and there is a Casino 23 miles east of Beaver Pete's Lodge.

For exciting white-water rafting, there are three rafting companies that offer an exciting adventure rafting down Piers Gorge on the Menominee River. These Class IV rapids are located just south of Norway. Beaver Pete's Lodge is the ideal location for enjoying all the wonderful outdoor recreation available in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Ever visit an Iron Mine? The Iron Mountain Iron Mine is open for tours just 8 miles west of the Lodge in Vulcan. Shopping and dining are available in Norway and Iron Mountain.

Enjoy the fall colors, look for interesting birds and other wildlife, or just relax at Beaver Pete's Lodge.

Winter Lovers will find direct access to hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails from the door of the lodge. Go downhill skiing or snowboarding at nearby Norway Mountain, just 8 miles west of the Lodge. There are cross-country ski trails nearby as well as a large variety of lakes for ice fishing.

Beaver Pete's Lodge is a great place for your group gathering. The lovely open living and dining area is perfect for a meeting, bridal or baby shower, reception, or just getting a group of friends together. Day rentals are available.
