Single and double kayaks are available for rent.

The natural wildlife reserve behind the cottage is home to a wide variety of birds including Eagles, Sand Hill Cranes, and Herons. . . . a fun spot for birdwatchers and an interesting trip in a kayak.

The Brockway Mountain Drive between Copper Harbor and Eagle Harbor is one of Michigan's most scenic drives. On a clear day, you can see all the way to Isle Royale and often spot a freighter cruising to or from the Soo Locks.
