RATES:
We have been asked numerous times why we don't include our rates on the web site. There has been a reason. There are so many variables used in determining a rate that it's difficult. How many people? Do you have kids? Are they pre-school or 6' teenagers? What time of year? How many nights? Weekday or weekend? And it goes on and on. Having said all that, we will attempt to give you a rough idea of our rates.

We do ask a "week-type" rental for advance reservations for cabins #1 & #2 during July and August. We do realize, however, what we ask for and what we might get are two different things. As an open date in July and August approaches unfilled, we tend to be more flexible to a shorter visit, maybe a three or four-night reservation. Once again, this is just for the lakefronts and only in the prime time of July and August. It's best to call!

Cabins #1 and #2
Waterfront Cabins	Wood-burning Fireplace
Lakefront cabins with wood-burning stone fireplaces. Paneled interiors with open beam living room/ kitchen area. 2 bedrooms with full sizes beds. Hide-a-bed in the living room. sleeps 4 guests. Preferred cabins! Due to adverse weather conditions, the fireplaces are not used during the winter months.   Daily Rate: $85.00 (Spring) to $140.00 (Summer) Weekly Rate: $600 (Spring) to $775.00 (Summer) Fireplace Policy With the exception of the weekly rates, nightly quoted rates do not allow for fireplace use. A 3-night minimum is required for fireplace usage. A $30.00 additional fee allows for a rack full of firewood, newspaper, and kindling next to the fireplace. A box outside the cabin is full and included. A week reservation includes an initial load of firewood inside and outside the cabin. Guests also have the option of using their free wood outside in their fire pit. All guests in all cabins may purchase firewood at the resort or at any place of their choice and burn it in their private fire pits.
Cabins #3 & #4 We put new high quality queen beds in cabins #3 and #4 in October of 2009 including upscale sheets and bedding. We are really proud of our new addition of these $1,000.00 beds.

We placed a new queen bed in Cabin #8 in October of 2009. Beautiful sleeping bed! A double remains in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper is in the living room. Paneled. Second in size to #9. * Note: Cabins #10, #11, and #12 are set away from the rest of the resort in a more private area. Virtually everything in these 3 cabins is new.

You can save money by visiting during off-season periods. November, December, and April can be very economically challenging times for the tourist industry. Respectfully request a rate from your stressed lodge owner for his best rate. Do understand most commercial attractions will be closed. These three months are a great time for an inexpensive "Get-a-Way". Call for an accurate rate.
