A wedding is a momentous occasion that deserves to be celebrated in a special location. The Northern Navetta addresses this need by providing a one-of-a-kind event venue that sits on a gorgeous 30-acre property surrounded by Ottawa National Forest. We have various scenic spots where you can hold your nuptials, including three ponds, several nature trails, a skywalk, and a covered bridge.

"Navetta" is the Finnish word for barn, which is fitting because our event space features a newly constructed two-story wedding barn. It has a 50-foot-long pavilion that connects to a party deck.

We have over 20 years of experience hosting weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, and many other special occasions. Count on us to make your celebration memorable.

Please note that our wedding venue will be open for business starting in Spring 2024. Get in touch with us today to schedule a free consultation.

Stop at the Ottawa National Forest Visitor Center at the junction of Highways US-45 & US-2 for maps and information about the Forest and the Sylvania Wilderness and Recreation Area. The Visitor Center has many interesting exhibits, books, and general information about the area.
