J.T. For over 50 years, the Gordon family has served as friendly hosts in Curtis, providing old-fashioned hospitality. J. T. Gordon's is run by Tom Gordon,
who has comfortably furnished his motel's four units. Two
units include kitchenettes and all units can be connected to
accommodate up to eight Rates range from $45 per night for a double to $75 per night for the kitchenettes. We have non-smoking rooms. J. T. Gordon's is a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in picturesque Curtis. Bring your own or rent a boat or canoe for lake sports. Boat and sport vehicle rentals nearby. Tom Gordon has recently remodeled the resort's boat house as an antiques shop. The shop contains oriental rugs, fine textiles and unusual objects he has collected in 30 years of living and traveling abroad in Asia, the Mideast, Africa and Europe. The shop also has more familiar American antiques and collectibles. There are many other interesting antique shops nearby. Antiques At The Old Boathouse. You can easily take in such famous Upper Peninsula sites as Tahquamenon Falls, Seney National Wildlife Refuge, Pictured Rocks National Shoreline, Seul Choix Lighthouse in Gulliver, and Fayette Historic Town Site, all within an hour's drive.
