Events

Bridgefest and Seafood Fest, June 19, 20, & 21, 2009. Celebrate the "birthday" of the Portage Lake Lift Bridge and enjoy all the fun events. Parade Friday at 6 pm. Fishing Derby, Keweenaw Chain Drive Mountain bike Race, Badwater Ski-ters Water Ski Show, and fireworks on Saturday, plus more on Sunday. Enjoy a wide variety of fresh seafood at Seafood Fest Friday and Saturday nights at 5 pm sponsored by the Houghton Rotary with proceeds going to local charities.
