headquarters for all your vacation activities, Waiting to be explored are 700 acres of cool, clear water and 1,000 acres surrounding Hulbert Lake, owned by the Hulbert Lake Club, and beyond that, the Hiawatha and Tahquamenon State Forest territories. Books have been written about the wildlife and beauty of Hubert Lake.
Comfortably decorated in true U.P. style, the cabins vary in size from accommodations from two up to six guests. The cabins are equipped with microwaves, mini fridges, and coffee pots. No kitchens. True "camping with a shower". Guests have their own picnic tables and charcoal grills, and the sandy shores provide private sport for swimming and sunbathing.
At the lodge, out family of guests can gather in a rustic dining room for a delicious home-cooked breakfast. Quoted by many as "the best in the U.P.". Chef Todd prepares breakfast every morning from 8 am until 12:30 pm except Tuesdays. Open to the public Wednesday through Sunday. Mondays are exclusively for Lodge guests only.
