For the past thirteen years we have had the privilege of serving our guests here at Peterson's Chalet Cottages and Vacation Homes. Our goal has always been to provide the very best in comfort, convenience, value and service all within the constraints of a natural northwoods wilderness setting.

Now, as we contemplate having more time to enjoy those very things that bring our guests to this area, we are inclined to consider that the time may be appropriate for 'a changing of the guard', and offer our property to those looking to invest in something that is much more than just a job. It is truly an adventure- for which you must be up to the challenge.

We are in a position to sell, on land contract or with private financing, the residence and office, gift shop, outbuildings, laundrette, pavilion, 14 cottages and the vacation home 'Cedar Lodge'. The vacation home 'Nakomis', where we will reside after the sale, will not be included in the sale.
