The Manor Motel is located in downtown Newberry and is near restaurants, shopping, churches, gas, the golf course, and the many recreational facilities of the Newberry area. Stop in the office for information about Tahquamenon Upper & Lower Falls, Crisp Point Lighthouse, Lake Superior, the Bear Ranch, and the special things you should see in the Newberry area. Visit the Tahquamenon Logging Museum or the Historical Museum.

The Manor Motel has direct access to many miles of ATV trails. You can ride your ATV from the motel door north into the Lake Superior State Forest or south towards Curtis and Naubinway. ATV Rental nearby at the junction of M-28 & M-123.
