Riverview Condo Rentals offers newly built condos for rent on the Peshtigo River, 15 miles northwest of Crivitz, WI in Northern Wisconsin. These riverfront condo units are located between Caldron Falls Flowage and High Falls Flowage, just east of Parkway Drive on the Peshtigo River and include dock space for your boat.

Riverview Condo Rentals have central air conditioning and a complete kitchen with full-size appliances, a drip coffee maker, microwave, and a dishwasher. Both lower and upper level units are available to rent. The units on the lower level open onto a deck or porch and the upper level unit opens onto a balcony

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a sliding glass door that opens onto the porch or balcony overlooking the river. The second bedroom has two twin beds and there is a full bath with a tub/shower combination. Towels and linens are provided for our guests.

The living area overlooks the river and is furnished with a queen sofa and a full sofa that convert into extra sleeping space if needed. There is a gas fireplace and a 27" TV with a VCR & DVD player. No need to miss your favorite programs while you're on vacation, we now have Dish Network with 127 channels. The living area on the upper level has vaulted ceilings in the living room. The front deck overlooking the river is the ideal spot for sitting and relaxing.

There is a common area overlooking the river that is equipped with grills for your outdoor cooking and picnic tables for eating or relaxing.

Riverview Condos are conveniently located near several restaurants and supper clubs and there is a convenience store just south on Parkway Drive.

Bring your boat and dock it right in front of your condo or there are boat rentals available in the area. Enjoy relaxing or sunbathing on the lawn or fishing from the dock in front of your condo . . . there are some big ones lurking out in the water.

High Falls Flowage on the Peshtigo River

	It's only a short boat ride down the river to the High Falls Flowage where you will find a large lake waiting for you. Enjoy boating, waterskiing, wakeboarding, tubing, swimming, or try your luck fishing as you spend a delightful day on the water.

Both High Falls Flowage and Caldron Falls Flowage offer excellent fishing opportunities for smallmouth bass, musky, walleye, crappie, trout, pike, and panfish. Boat launches for both flowages near the condos. Watch wildlife fly over or come down to the water to drink.

Golfers will enjoy the several area golf courses and there are hiking and biking trails in the area. The Peshtigo River has a nice continuous stretch of roaring rapids and three area businesses offer whitewater rafting for an exciting adventure, especially in the spring when the snow melts. These companies also offer quiet rafting for those who would like to take a peaceful rafting trip.

Enjoy visiting some of the area waterfalls such as Strong Falls at Goodman Park, the McClintock Rapids at McClintock Park, and Veterans Falls on the Thunder River just south of the condos . . . beautiful at any time of the year.

Enjoy the beautiful fall colors in the area.
A wonderful time for a hike or a bike ride through the woods.

There are hundreds of acres of public lands nearby for hiking, biking, hunting, and cross-country skiing. Hunters will find big game, (deer and bear), small game (grouse, turkey, & pheasant), and waterfowl plentiful.

Riverview Condo Rentals is located on the Iron Snowshoe Trail and near cross-country ski trails. Equipment rentals in the area.

* Due to changing costs, prices are subject to change without notice.
* Please call us for day or weekend availability during the peak vacation season. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

* A 50% deposit and a Credit Card # is required in advance. The balance is due upon arrival.

* Refunds will be given only if cancellation notice is received at least two weeks prior to the first rental date.

* For weekly rentals, check-in time is 4 p.m. Saturday, and check-out time is 11 a.m. Saturday.

* Condominum Assoc. regulations prevent us from accepting pets in our units.

* All units are non-smoking.
