Located on the Hiawatha Water Trail at the beginning of the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, we are a short distance from many waterfalls, hiking trails, bike trails, and boat cruises. Historical sites, restaurants, snowmobile trails, and cross country ski trails are all within a couple miles, and ice fishing is right outside your front door. Munising Bay is an Underwater Preserve with many shipwrecks for the recreational diver to explore. Hire a scuba diving charter or take the Glass Bottom Shipwreck Tour to see these incredible sights. In the middle of Munising Bay is Grand Island, a National Recreational Area, offering hiking, biking, boating, and camping. The Hiawatha National Forest is just south of Munising with many inland lakes to explore. A must do is the Pictured Rocks Boat Tours that take a cruise along the incredible sandstone rock formation with sights that will take your breath away.
