Sunset Roost Cottage On Sunset Lake
Vacation at Sunset Roost Cottage on Sunset Lake 4 miles northeast of Iron River, MI in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and enjoy spring's wild flowers and birds; summer's swimming, fishing, and boating; fall's wildlife and spectacular autumn colors; and the awesome sunsets over the lake. The cottage is close to restaurants, shopping, museums, golfing, and other outdoor activities in the Iron River area.
The living area is an open concept with cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, and dishes. Enjoy your breakfast as you look over the lake and enjoy this marvelous and relaxing view.
This well-kept cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 5. One bedroom contains a double and a twin bed and the other bedroom has a double bed. One bathroom with a shower. Linens and towels are provided.
Right outside the cottage you will find a charcoal Weber grill, lawn furniture, and a picnic table and a fire pit for your campfires under the stars. Sunset Lake is a large crystal clear 600-acre lake and great for fishing, swimming, and water sports. Bring your boat and have some summer fun. Sunset Lake Park is only 1/4 mile from the cottage where you will find a boat ramp, swimming beach, picnic area, and a baseball diamond. Fish for walleye, pike, perch, crappie, and pan fish and have a delicious fish dinner cooked on the grill. There is a small dock in front of the cottage for your boat, sunning, or relaxing and enjoying the view.
