The Superior Motel and Suites is located on M-28 in Munising, MI in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, just southeast of the blinking light. A perfect place to stay for your visit to the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and the many interesting things to see and do in the Munising area.

Superior Motel and Suites has 15 rooms and 3 suites, one suite will sleep up to 7 people. Rooms and Suites have in-room coffee, tub/shower combinations, direct dial phones, and Cable TV with HBO. Rollaways are available. Pets are welcome.

There are three suites that will accommodate families or larger groups. Suite #1 has a living room with a fold out queen sofa, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, and two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room, and one small room with a twin bed. Sleeps 7.

Suite # 2 has a living room, full kitchen with microwave, one bedroom with two queen beds, fold out queen sofa and will sleep 6.

Suite # 3 has a living room with fold out full sofa, full kitchen with microwave, separate bedroom with a queen bedroom. Sleeps 4, but has an additional small room for a rollaway. There also is one room with a king sized bed, microwave, and refrigerator.

Superior Motel and Suites of Munising is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.   The Superior Motel is located close to Lake Superior for fishing and lake access, one mile from the City Launch, the site of scuba diving and fishing charters, and the Pictured Rocks Cruises.

While you are in Munising, you will want to go on the Shipwreck Tours Glass Bottomed Boat Trip or visit Grand Island. Turn east at the blinking light for the entrance to the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Stop at the Visitor Center at the blinking light for a map of the Lakeshore as well as information on other interesting places to visit. There are many beautiful waterfalls in Munising or the nearby area. Most are easily accessible and some can be seen from the car.
