Vacation at Timber Ridge Suites and
Lodge overlooking Beautiful Hovey Lake, less than 10 miles
from Munising, MI in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The
Hiawatha National Forest has now opened trails for
4-wheeling and ATVing as well as trails for hiking,
horseback riding, biking, and cross-country
skiing.
Free Wireless Internet Access Timber Ridge Motel Suites and Lodge is located in the heart of the Hiawatha National Forest. Timber Ridge Motel Suites All motel units are suites with individual decks overlooking Hovey Lake.
All our suites have queen size beds in the bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in living area (extra cots available). All suites also include a sitting area, dining table, Dish TV, refrigerators, toasters, microwaves and coffeemakers with a deck overlooking the lake. All linens provided.
Timber Ridge Lodge Our Lodge, located on the shore of Hovey Lake, has 4 bedrooms with queen size beds, queen sofa-sleepers, two baths, fireplace, Dish TV and full kitchen facilities. Two bedrooms are on the main level and two bedrooms are on the lower level. All linens are provided.
The Timber Ridge Motel Suites and Lodge also has a
sauna, recreation room with pool table, free boat usage,
ample parking for boat and snowmobile trailers and an indoor
heated repair area. If you don't feel like cooking,
the Buckhorn Restaurant and Bar is only a quarter of a mile
away.
If cross country skiing is on your mind, we're only minutes away from one of the best cross country ski trails in the Great Lakes Region. Other winter activities include dog sledding, ice fishing and snowshoeing After a full day enjoying the brisk outdoors you can warm up in our sauna and rest up in our cozy motel suites or lodge.
While you are in the Munising area, be sure to enjoy
some of our many attractions: Scuba Diving
the Alger Preserve Timber Ridge Motel and Lodge is located a few
minutes southwest of Munising. Take M-94 southwest
of Munising, turn onto Buckhorn Road and stay to
the left. We are located just a couple miles down
the road. Timber Ridge can also be reached from Federal
