TWIN PINES HOMESTEAD 
This 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home is located on Fox River Road. It is one of the oldest houses in Seney and is rich with character. It was our parents home and you will find family memories on the walls etc. Thi s is a 4 story house with a pool table in the basement rec room. The main floor has a large living room and kitchen dining room area.

There is a queen bed in a portioned off area where our parents stayed once they could not do steps. There is a walk in shower, bathroom on this main level. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 with twin beds. This floor has bathroom with a tub/shower. The 3rd story has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and 1 with a twin bed. There is also a cot available. There is a bathroom on this floor with an antique claw foot tub.

This house is completely furnished with all of bedding and the kitchen is furnished. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, pots and pans. There is also a washer and dryer. 

You are able to ride your snowmobile from the house to the connecting trails. 

Rates for the 6 bedroom house:
$200.00 per night
$225.00 per night with use of the 3rd floor., 2 extra bedrooms and a bath
Cleaning fee is $75.00 for the main house and an extra 25.00 for the 3rd floor

TWIN PINES COTTAGE. Open Year Round
Twin Pines Lodging is located near downtown Seney within walking distance of area businesses and the Fox River. The three bedroom cottage is fully furnished and the living room has a gas fireplace and VCR. There is no TV connection since we do not have cable in town, we have a Ruko device that allows you to access Amazon Prime movies as well as others, You may also enter your own account for Netflix, etc. but you are welcome to bring your own DVD's or VCR's. There is a library at the cotta ge as well.

The cottage has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and the other bedroom has a double futon with a twin bunk on top. There is also a set of twin bunk beds. There is a double futon in the living room for extra guests. Bathroo m with shower. Towels and linens are furnished.

The kitchen is complete with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and cooking utensils. Dining area right off the kitchen has table and chairs for enjoying your meal. There is a washer and dryer.  

The yard has a picnic table and a fire pit for your campfire. Garage available for working on your boat or snowmobile. We do not allow snowmobiles to be stored in the garage.

Peak Season: December 15 thru March 31:
Daily Rate: $145.00 for 4 people, $15.00 per extra person
 
Off Season Rate: April 1 thorugh -December 14th
Daily Rates: $99.00 per night for 2 people, $15.00 per extra person
 
  There is also a  75.00 cleaning fee.

Relax in comfort while you enjoy all that the Seney area has to offer. Twin Pines Lodging is located only 5 miles north of the Seney National Wildlife Refuge where visitors often see Trumpeter Swans in the Show Pools, Eagles soaring overhead, and geese parading around the Visitor Center.

This is an ideal location for birders and photographers who want to spot some of the unusual birds and wildlife that make the Refuge their home. You also might see beaver, river otter, fox, or an occasional moose.

Even if you are not a bird watcher, the Seney Refuge is a great stop for visitors. The Visitor Interpretive Center has exhibits, nature programs, and special events.

The Seney Wildlife Refuge may be toured by car, bicycle, canoe, or on foot. Canoe and kayak rentals at Big Cedar Campground in Germfask. The 7 mile Marshland Drive takes about an hour and includes three observation platforms with spotting scopes.

The Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is only a short drive and offers hiking trails and outstanding scenery, or you might enjoy visiting Seul Choix Lighthouse and Museum on Lake Michigan

Twin Pines Lodging is within walking distance of the famed Fox River, the source of Ernest Hemingway's Nick Adams Fishing story and one of Michigan's Blue Ribbon Trout Streams, or try your luck in the other rivers and nearby lakes.

Winter brings lots of snow to the Seney area and Twin Pines Lodging is located 1/4 mile from the main snowmobile trail with direct trail access so you can ride from the door. These trails connect throughout the Upper Peninsu la so you can ride all over on the groomed trails. Head up to Grand Marais for lunch or over to the Munising area and ride in the Hiawatha National Forest.

Cross Country Skiers will enjoy the Northern Hardwoods groomed cross-country ski trails in the Seney Refuge. The Township Park is close by with a playground and basketball hoops.
